Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of pre-order week.

When shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number - please track your package.

We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in Harlem. We currently ship with USPS. 

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages when the item is confirmed as delivered. If your package is missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to a safe area. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Our body butter jars are made out of glass, so if you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at ashley@naturalashbody.com. Please be careful if glass packaging is broken. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

RETURNS

At Natural Ash, we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at ashley@naturalashbody.com. We reserve the right to decline the return request. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned.
